Auck Folk Festival - Pourer Making pottery session - Sun 11:45am (1 hour)

This is your chance to have a bit of a play with clay, make and decorate a pouring jug (handle optional). You have the option of selecting the glaze colour for your piece from 3 options - Gloss White, Matte White or Tea Green.

We will bisque and glaze fire your piece off-site and then courier them to you within 3 weeks, after the festival.

What you will create: You can make and decorate a medium sized pourer (an attached handle is optional) - see pics

TOOLS: We have all the tools, patterns and forms that you will need

PROVIDED: All clay and the Matte White, Gloss White, Tea Green glazes, plus all bisque and glaze firings

PLEASE BRING: your own hand towel and apron, if you have one - if not we will have hand wipes & some “shared” towels available

WHEN: Sunday25th 11:45am-12:45pm (approx. 1 hour)

WHERE: Stables Pottery tent located in the Folk Festival market square
